Position Summary
This role focuses on supporting investment-related client activities, including presentations, reporting, and coordination with global investment teams. The position plays a key role in bridging investment teams and clients, ensuring high-quality communication and support for equity investment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support & Fundraising
Support fundraising activities for global equity investment products
Assist in client presentations and communication
Investment Team Coordination
Collaborate with overseas investment teams to gather and analyze information
Act as a liaison between global teams and local stakeholders
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare investment reports and client presentation materials
Support the creation of RFP responses and questionnaires
Due Diligence & Investment Support
Conduct due diligence on investment products
Support investment decision-making processes and coordination with internal teams
Qualifications
Required
Experience as a Client Portfolio Manager (Equity) on the buy-side
Strong skills in reporting, presentation, and data handling
Native-level Japanese and business-level English
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Flexible and adaptable working style
