Client Reporting Associate / AVP (Asset Management)

We are seeking a Client Reporting professional to support reporting activities within an investment management organization
This role focuses on the preparation, delivery, and maintenance of client reports across multiple investment products and mandates
The position involves coordination with internal teams and global stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Reporting & Data Management
Prepare periodic and ad-hoc client reports across various account types, including institutional mandates and investment products
Compile and manage data required for reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency
2. Regulatory & Risk Reporting
Prepare regulatory reports in accordance with applicable financial regulations
Support the creation of risk-related reports and ensure compliance with reporting standards
3. Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams and international offices to obtain necessary data and information
Manage communication and alignment across multiple stakeholders
4. Client Relationship Support
Respond to client inquiries related to reports and data
Support client-facing teams with reporting-related requests
5. Investment Reporting Tools
Utilize portfolio management and reporting systems to produce reports, particularly for fixed income strategies
Ensure effective use of internal and external systems for reporting processes
6. Additional Responsibilities
Support related operational tasks associated with reporting and data management
Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives
Technical Environment
Use of portfolio management platforms, market data tools, and internal reporting systems
Advanced use of Excel and related tools for data analysis and reporting
Candidate Requirements
Experience
Relevant experience within asset management, financial services, or investment operations preferred
Experience in client reporting or related functions is advantageous
Skills
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Proactive, self-motivated working style
Knowledge of financial markets and investment strategies (e.g., fixed income, equities, derivatives)
Strong PC skills including advanced Excel (e.g., VBA)
Preferred Experience
3+ years of experience in an asset management or similar environment
Experience preparing investment reports or marketing materials, including market commentary
Familiarity with industry-standard systems and tools
Language
Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency (reading, writing, and communication)
