【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Establish and lead Clinical Operations within Japan from Phase I to Phase III to ensure quality and efficiency of Clinical Trials and Development Programs.
Ensure adherence to internal and local Legal applicable Regulations.
Provide strategic inputs to global program development, especially for Japan development strategies.
Carefully evaluate strengths and risks in involved therapeutic areas to ensure balanced patient contribution.
Manage operational feasibility study and country selection.
Support to manage CROs and External Suppliers.
Develop the clinical operations organization in Japan and maximize its potential to contribution to global organization.
Set up and maintain good relationship with Japan KOLs.
【REQUIREMENTS】
Willing to take on a big responsibility
Has Clinical Operations experience enough to set up and lead a team
Business level Japanese and English Skills
