【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
You will partner with and support Japan and Global Leadership team
Break down high-level goals into concrete tasks for the team and follow up
Provide guidance to support the technical and personal growth of team
Understand the needs of the market, customers, and the company
Manage progress, daily task completion, and quality control
Build operations in compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Propose and implement necessary changes and improvements
Work with department heads and APAC leaders
【REQUIREMENTS】
5+ years of operation experience, knowledge of fulfilment, planning, international trade and operating skills of ERP (Oracle, SAP, etc)
3 years of people management
Bachelor of Science field
Business English
High communication skill, strong problem-solving skills
Experience with SFDC, Case Management, Anywhare365, etc is a plus
Experience on leading projects (system implementation, ERP integration)
