【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Help customers setup product, and if needed, on their own private cloud or any other custom setup necessary
Partner with your Customer Success team for product on-boarding and to support our customers, and act as technical point of contact
Solve customer technical problems and answer customer inquiries
Provide customer feedback to internal teams to facilitate product improvement
Code and commit relevant upgrades and changes as necessary
Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to improve the customer experience
【REQUIREMENTS】
Native or close-to-native Japanese
3+ years of technical product support, engineering, or experience deploying software
Experience with customer tech support (such as debugging)
Ability to tie business problems with technical solutions and understand value of technical proposals
Capacity to quickly absorb new concepts and technologies
Some knowledge with Git, Github, Unix/Linux
You’ve developed and maintained an app or two in a high-level programming language
General infrastructure knowledge (including network and security)
Exceptional communication and people skills
Near-native or native proficiency in written and oral communication in Japanese
【GOOD TO HAVE】
Experience with CI/CD
Ability to handle networking issues
Understanding of Docker or Linux containers
Experience with popular web app frameworks and/or mobile app development
Knowledge of Go and Clojure
Experience with major cloud services such as AWS, GCP, Azure
Management of autoscaling technologies
Familiarity deploying and debugging distributed systems
Good written and oral communication in English
