Key Responsibilities
1. Investment Analysis & Research
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and research on target companies across multiple sectors

  • Evaluate private equity-backed transactions, including leveraged buyout (LBO) financing opportunities

2. Underwriting & Due Diligence
  • Support underwriting processes including review of financial and operational information

  • Prepare due diligence materials and investment memoranda for internal review

  • Participate in investment committee discussions and presentations

3. Deal Execution & Documentation
  • Review and support negotiation of transaction documents such as term sheets, commitment letters, and credit agreements

  • Assist in structuring investment opportunities and evaluating associated risks

4. Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting
  • Monitor existing investments and track performance

  • Prepare regular reports and updates for internal stakeholders and investment committees

5. Stakeholder Support
  • Assist in preparing materials for investors, auditors, and other relevant parties

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and execution

6. Fund Operations & Process Management
  • Support end-to-end investment processes and operational activities related to fund management

  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency

Candidate Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in corporate banking, investment banking, private credit, or private equity

  • Experience with leveraged finance or LBO transactions preferred

Skills

  • Strong financial modeling, credit analysis, and investment evaluation capabilities

  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Proactive mindset with demonstrated initiative and creativity

Language
  • English proficiency preferred
