Key Responsibilities
1. Business Planning & Strategy Support
  • Support annual business planning, budgeting processes, and periodic business reviews

  • Translate global strategic direction into localized execution plans

  • Consolidate inputs from multiple functions into executive-level presentations and materials

  • Identify potential risks, gaps, and dependencies in business execution

2. Performance Management & Reporting
  • Track key performance indicators and monitor business performance against targets

  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and executive summaries

  • Analyze trends and highlight performance risks or improvement areas

3. Executive Advisory & Decision Support
  • Prepare briefing materials and documentation for leadership decision-making

  • Structure discussions by presenting clear options and recommendations

  • Track key decisions and ensure timely follow-up and execution

4. Executive Operations
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritization for senior stakeholders

  • Coordinate leadership meetings, workshops, and internal events

  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and track action items

  • Support bilingual communication and coordination with global stakeholders

Candidate Requirements

Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience in executive support, business planning, or operational roles

  • Experience working within global or matrix organizations

Skills

  • Strong business acumen with understanding of finance, strategy, or operations

  • Excellent stakeholder management across functions and regions

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities

  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and accountability
