Role Overview
An organization is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to a senior executive. This position is structured as a contract-based (temporary staffing) role and operates independently from other internal teams due to governance and compliance considerations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
Handle internal and external communications and meeting arrangements
Conduct research and prepare basic materials or reports as required
Provide general administrative and operational support
Ensure smooth day-to-day coordination across stakeholders
Requirements
Native-level Japanese proficiency
Business-level English (reading and writing required)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Compensation
Monthly salary range: approximately ¥270,000 – ¥320,000
Equivalent hourly rate: approximately ¥1,700 – ¥2,000
