This role leads food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while managing teams, financial performance, and multiple service outlets.
本ポジションは、料飲部門全体の運営を統括し、チームマネジメントや収益管理を行いながら、優れたゲスト体験を提供する役割です。
Key Responsibilities
主な業務内容
Lead, coach, and develop hospitality teams
Deliver outstanding guest and corporate experiences by exceeding service standards
Manage and maintain food and beverage quality and compliance standards
Collaborate with finance teams on budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization
Oversee multiple outlets including restaurants, kitchens, banquets, and event spaces
Manage managers and supervisors across operations
・ホスピタリティチームの指導・育成・マネジメント
・高い基準を設定し、ゲストおよび法人顧客体験の向上を推進
・料飲の品質および運営基準の管理
・財務チームと連携した予算管理および収益最大化
・複数の料飲施設、キッチン、宴会・コンベンション施設の統括
・マネージャーおよびスーパーバイザーの管理
Requirements
応募要件
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in hospitality, culinary, or related field
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience including management
Business-level proficiency in Japanese
Ability to obtain required certifications or licenses
・ホテルマネジメント、調理、または関連分野の学位または同等資格
・関連業務経験4年以上（マネジメント経験含む）
・日本語での業務遂行能力
・必要な資格・許可の取得が可能であること
