What the Job Entails
As an FDE Consultant – Director, you will lead complex consulting engagements and help clients translate business challenges into effective technology-enabled solutions. Acting as a senior advisor, you will guide discovery, shape recommendations, and ensure that solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with client objectives.
You will direct project teams, manage senior client relationships, define delivery approaches, identify risks, and maintain high standards of quality. You will also contribute to business development, strengthen consulting methodologies, and develop team capabilities. This full-time, onsite leadership role is suited to an experienced consultant who can operate effectively in ambiguous environments, influence decision-makers, and drive initiatives from initial concept through implementation.
Key Requirements
Significant experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, solution delivery, or a related field.
Demonstrated success leading complex client engagements and cross-functional teams.
Ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into practical, technology-enabled solutions.
Experience advising senior stakeholders and building trusted, long-term client relationships.
Strong strategic thinking, commercial judgment, and structured problem-solving skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
Ability to manage competing priorities, project risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Experience contributing to business development, proposals, account growth, or client expansion.
Collaborative leadership style, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
Comfort working onsite in a fast-paced, evolving information technology and services environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related discipline.
Experience with emerging technologies, data, artificial intelligence, or modern software delivery practices.
