Job Summary / Overview
Lead the rollout of a connected vehicle solution across Japan, starting from pilot installations to nationwide deployment. This role combines hands-on installation, troubleshooting, partner training, and operational process building.
日本におけるコネクテッド車両ソリューションの導入をリードし、パイロットから全国展開までを担当。設置作業、トラブル対応、パートナー教育、運用構築まで幅広く担うポジション。
Key Responsibilities
Lead rollout execution across multiple locations and depots
Perform and validate device installations (hardware + connectivity)
Troubleshoot issues both on-site and remotely
Train partners and local teams for independent installations
Coordinate installers, schedules, and logistics
Support setup of local service and operational processes
Act as liaison between local and global technical teams
Capture field insights and feedback for product improvement
Track installation progress, issues, and reporting
Support client success metrics and deployment performance
Develop scalable processes for national rollout

Required Qualifications
Experience delivering projects across multiple teams and regions
Hands-on experience with hardware, software, cloud, and connectivity
Background in field engineering, automotive, or electronics
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience in installation or field operations roles
Strong communication and coordination skills
Fluent Japanese and working-level English
Valid driver’s license
