What the job entails
The Finance Director will serve as a key business partner to the Managing Director Japan and the commercial leadership team, helping shape business performance and support the delivery of the strategic roadmap. This role owns forecasting, budgeting, and planning, and provides financial analysis and recommendations that improve decision-making, pricing, and investment choices.
Key requirements / What we look for
10–12 years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally in FMCG or spirits
CPA/CA with a degree in Commerce or Accounting; MBA advantageous
Strong business partnering, forecasting, planning, and analysis skills
Solid knowledge of statutory reporting, IFRS, tax, and internal controls
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Advanced Microsoft Office skills; SAP experience is advantageous
