Role Overview / 職務概要

This role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis. The position also provides financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making by senior leadership.
本ポジションは、予算策定・業績予測・実績分析を中心に担当し、経営層へのレポーティングや提言を通じて意思決定を支援します。

Key Responsibilities / 主な業務内容

  • Lead annual budgeting and mid-term financial planning

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts

  • Conduct variance analysis between actuals and budget/forecast

  • Deliver insights and reports to senior stakeholders

  • Collaborate with business units to analyze performance and propose improvements

  • Build and maintain financial models (revenue, cost, investment analysis)

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes

  • Evaluate investments and support business case development

  • Ensure financial data accuracy and improve reporting processes

  • Work closely with accounting teams for data alignment

Requirements / 応募要件

  • Native-level Japanese; English reading/writing proficiency

  • Knowledge equivalent to bookkeeping certification (Level 2 or above)

  • Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience

  • Intermediate or above skills in Excel and PowerPoint

・日本語ネイティブレベル、英語読み書き可能
・簿記2級相当の知識
・FP&A経験5年以上
・Excel／PowerPoint中級以上
