Position Overview
A cybersecurity company within a rapidly growing AI and technology group is seeking a Frontend Engineer to support the development of security-focused web applications in the generative AI era.
The company provides cybersecurity consulting, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and proprietary security product development. This role offers the opportunity to work on modern frontend technologies while contributing to secure and scalable product development in a collaborative engineering environment.

Main Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain secure web applications with a focus on usability, scalability, and product quality
• Develop frontend systems primarily using React and TypeScript
• Participate in requirement gathering and technical discussions directly with clients
• Handle system design, implementation, testing, and operational improvements end-to-end
• Contribute to development process optimization and technical enhancements
• Participate in technical decision-making regarding frameworks, tooling, and development environments
• Conduct and participate in code reviews within a collaborative engineering team
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in web application design, development, and operations
• Practical experience with React and TypeScript
• Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N1 level or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience leading product development initiatives or driving projects independently
• English reading comprehension skills
• Interest in cybersecurity and willingness to deepen security knowledge
• Experience in product-oriented or early-stage development environments
Career Path
Years 1–2
• Frontend Engineer focused on product development and security knowledge acquisition
Years 3–4
• Team Leader responsibilities including mentoring and code review management
Year 5 and Beyond
• Option to pursue either:
• Engineering management track
• Senior specialist/technical expert track

• Working Hours:
• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 1-hour break included
• Fixed overtime allowance equivalent to 40 hours/month included
Salary
• Annual salary: JPY 4,800,000 – 7,800,000
• Salary determined based on experience and skills
• Salary reviews twice annually
• Annual bonus provided once per year
