Fullstack Engineer
About the Role
We are seeking a Fullstack Engineer to join an application operation and maintenance project for a large-scale financial services environment in Japan. The role involves working across multiple applications and projects, contributing from system analysis through ongoing support and modernization efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Work across project phases including analysis, knowledge transfer, and support
Modernize existing applications and develop new features
Contribute to new system development initiatives
Support incident resolution for mission-critical systems
Utilize CI/CD and infrastructure tools for deployment and maintenance
Required Qualifications
Experience with Java and at least one frontend framework such as Angular or React
Experience with databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle
Basic knowledge of Linux scripting
Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or above)
Fluent English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Jenkins or Terraform
Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline management
Experience with financial systems or mission-critical environments
