Position: AI / Data Consultant (Cloud & Analytics)

Role Overview
A global IT consulting organization is seeking an AI/Data Consultant to support large-scale transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. This role focuses on delivering value across the full lifecycle—from strategy and architecture design to implementation and execution—within a global delivery framework.
You will collaborate with international teams and innovation hubs to drive AI- and data-driven business transformation.
Key Responsibilities
AI-Driven Engineering Transformation
Support the integration of AI into software development processes
Enable use cases such as AI-assisted coding, legacy system visualization, and AI-supported design
Data Platform & Architecture
Design and implement enterprise data platforms, including data lakes, data warehouses, and analytics environments
Build scalable infrastructure to support advanced analytics and AI use cases
Business Transformation
Leverage AI and data solutions to improve operational efficiency and decision-making
Drive initiatives such as predictive analytics, optimization, and process transformation
Strategy & Advisory
Provide consulting services to business and IT stakeholders on AI adoption and data strategy
Develop roadmaps for digital and data transformation initiatives
Required Qualifications
Experience across the software development lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, and operations)
Hands-on experience in data-related projects, including data architecture or analytics
Practical experience with AI implementation; familiarity with generative AI is advantageous
Business-level Japanese proficiency and working-level English skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with modern data and cloud technologies (e.g., data platforms, cloud environments)
Programming or query languages such as Python or SQL
Knowledge of machine learning, large language models, or advanced analytics tools
