About the company

We are a hospitality and lifestyle-focused organization creating distinctive guest experiences that blend service, community, food & beverage, and wellness-inspired programming. Our mission is to deliver consistently high-quality experiences that feel both elevated and welcoming, while building a strong local presence and long-term brand value.

We value operational excellence, collaboration, and guest-centric thinking. We also place strong emphasis on consistency, service standards, and cross-functional teamwork, with a focus on building scalable systems that support growth across locations. In addition, we believe in community engagement, brand integrity, and continuous improvement as core drivers of success.

What the job entails

The General Manager will lead the setup, launch, and day-to-day operations of a member-focused lifestyle destination in Japan. This person will oversee all pre-opening preparations, including staffing, training, SOP development, trial runs, and operational readiness, while ensuring a smooth transition from planning into full execution. The role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders, including program, culinary, finance, marketing, PR, and technical teams, as well as external partners.

A key part of the role is to serve as the on-site standard bearer for service, guest experience, and brand consistency. The General Manager will own P&L performance, support revenue growth through sales, events, and community initiatives, and maintain strong compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. [Suggestion: prior experience in a lifestyle, hospitality, or wellness-led environment will be especially valuable.] The role also involves fostering collaboration across locations and sharing best practices to support long-term brand synergy.
