【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
In accordance to the mid- to long-term business plan, create and execute HR-related initiatives
Develop strategies for talent acquisition and to support company growth
Ensure employee engagement and enhance company culture through activities and programs
Develop team members through activities such as management training, performance management and development
Ensure the health and safety in the workplace
【REQUIREMENTS】
Over 10 years of experience as an HR Generalist
Experience in talent acquisition
Over 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
Experience in the Biotechnology industry, preferred
Bachelor’s degree
Business level Japanese and English with strong written and verbal communication skills

10年以上のHRジェネラリストとしての経験
採用担当の経験
5年以上のHRビジネスパートナーとしての経験
バイオテクノロジー業界での経験をお持ちの方、優遇
学士号
ビジネスレベルの日本語と英語、および高いコミュニケーション能力
