【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Lead the Operations function and provide strong guidance as a Japan senior leadership team member for the entire firm. It is a high-profile role with full responsibility across all operational processes, including Logistics, Delivery Planning, Delivery / Assembly, and Customer Service.
Participate in key decisions as a member of the leadership team.
Develop operational systems, processes, and capabilities to align with strategic goals
Ensure on-strategy execution of priorities and ensure all KPIs targets are met or
exceeded
【REQUIREMENTS】
Able to work both hands-on and on the strategic level.
Proven track record of setting ambitious goals and achieving them.
10+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, and 3PL management.
