Overview

A global healthcare technology organization specializing in medical sterilization and infection prevention solutions is seeking an HR Business Partner to support business leaders across designated regions.

This role serves as a strategic partner to people leaders by driving employee engagement, talent management, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and performance management initiatives. The position requires close collaboration with business leaders, HR Centers of Excellence, and cross-functional stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Organizational Culture
  • Partner with people leaders to foster an inclusive and engaging workplace culture

  • Analyze employee engagement trends and data to identify improvement opportunities

  • Participate in root-cause analysis and co-develop action plans to address organizational challenges

  • Support initiatives aimed at improving:

    • Employee engagement

    • Retention

    • Productivity

    • Organizational effectiveness

Inclusion, Diversity & Equity (IDE)
  • Support implementation of inclusion, diversity, and equity initiatives across HR processes and policies

  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to promote an inclusive growth culture

  • Participate in problem-solving efforts related to workplace culture and organizational development

Performance Management
  • Provide consultation to managers on:

    • Goal setting

    • Performance management processes

    • Coaching and feedback

    • Performance improvement plans

  • Support annual performance management cycles and ongoing talent development initiatives

Employee Relations & Employee Experience
  • Advise managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices

  • Support employee relations issue resolution while minimizing organizational risk

  • Collaborate with Employee Relations teams on workplace investigations and corrective actions when required

Workforce Planning & Organizational Effectiveness
  • Support workforce planning initiatives aligned with evolving business needs

  • Partner with leaders on:

    • Organizational restructuring

    • Talent assessment

    • Workforce ramp-up initiatives

    • Acquisitions

    • Role eliminations

  • Analyze workforce data to support business decision-making and resource planning

Talent Management & Leadership Development
  • Coach managers on talent selection, development, and retention strategies

  • Support organizational talent reviews and succession planning activities

  • Recommend development solutions for high-potential talent

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Centers of Excellence on talent management initiatives

  • Support training and capability development programs for people leaders

Requirements
Experience
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in:

    • Human Resources

    • Talent Management

    • Organizational Development

    • Related HR functions

  • Experience supporting cross-functional and regional/global teams

  • Proven ability to solve complex organizational and people-related challenges

  • Demonstrated experience influencing leadership and driving organizational initiatives

  • Experience working across multiple time zones preferred

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% depending on business needs
