【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Manage all indirect procurement activities in line with the guidelines set by the business divisions
Perform spend analysis to monitor procurement activities and improve productivity
Provide support and manage local and global projects
Prepare project reports
Perform risk assessment
【REQUIREMENTS】
Bachelor’s degree
Over 5 years of experience in indirect procurement
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
Skills in marketing analysis, contract managements, supplier selection, negotiation, supplier performance and relationship management
Knowledge of project management methods and tools (e.g. SAP, Ariba, Coupa)
Experience working for luxury brands, a plus
Experience working for global companies/projects, a plus
MS Office skills
Native level Japanese, Business level English

【応募資格・条件】
学士号
5年以上の間接材調達の経験
ステークホルダーと強固な関係を築く能力
マーケティング分析、契約管理、サプライヤー選定、交渉、サプライヤーパフォーマンス、リレーションシップマネジメントのスキル
プロジェクト管理手法やツール（SAP、Ariba、Coupaなど）に関する知識
ラグジュアリーブランドでの勤務経験、優遇
グローバル企業／プロジェクトでの勤務経験、優遇
MSオフィススキル
ネイティブレベルの日本語、ビジネスレベルの英語
