Position Summary

The Inside Service Sales role is responsible for driving growth in the service business, focusing on service contract renewals and parts sales. The position collaborates closely with internal teams and external partners to support service-related commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities

Service Contract Management

  • Proactively manage service contract renewals to achieve high renewal rates

  • Maintain timely communication with customers and partners

Sales & Quotation Support

  • Prepare and issue service-related quotations

  • Follow up with customers to secure orders

Order & Process Coordination

  • Manage contract orders in coordination with service delivery teams

Sales Support & Analysis

  • Support field sales teams through data analysis

  • Prepare customer-facing materials and insights

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (any industry)

  • Basic English proficiency (reading and writing)

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively

Preferred

  • Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., GMP-related)

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)

  • Academic background in a scientific field
