Corporate IT Specialist / Open Position
Overview
A global professional services organization is seeking IT professionals for multiple corporate IT-related positions supporting internal business operations and digital transformation initiatives. The role involves planning, development, implementation, and operational support of internal IT systems including applications, infrastructure, and security-related environments.
This is an open-position hiring structure where candidates may be considered for various teams and functions depending on experience and technical background.
Main Responsibilities
Support planning, implementation, operation, and maintenance of internal IT systems
Participate in projects related to applications, infrastructure, security, and digital transformation initiatives
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and business performance through technology
Support system implementation, operational improvements, and troubleshooting activities
Participate in business analysis and IT-related planning initiatives
Work with both local and international teams, including opportunities to use English in daily operations
Requirements
Required Experience
Experience in one or more of the following:
Corporate IT
Systems Engineering
IT Consulting
Pre-sales Engineering
IT system planning
System implementation or development
IT operations and maintenance
General IT knowledge and technical understanding
Comfortable working in English within a business environment
Preferred Skills
IT certifications or formal technical qualifications
Experience across infrastructure, applications, or security domains
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Work Environment

主な業務内容
・ITシステム（アプリケーション／インフラ／セキュリティ等）の企画、開発、導入、運用保守
・業務改善やシステム最適化に向けた提案および実行
・社内ユーザーおよび関係部署との連携・調整
・英語を使用したグローバルチームとのコミュニケーション
・IT関連プロジェクトへの参画および推進
・システム運用における課題分析、改善対応
応募資格
【必須条件】
以下いずれかの経験をお持ちの方
・IT関連職種での実務経験（社内IT、SE、ITコンサルタント、プリセールス等）
・ITシステムの企画経験
・ITシステムの開発または導入経験
・ITシステムの運用保守経験
【スキル】
・基礎的なIT知識（情報処理関連資格レベル）
・英語を使用した業務に抵抗がない方
