Overview
A rapidly growing AI-focused technology company is seeking an experienced Corporate IT / Internal Systems Engineer to support and scale its internal IT infrastructure and operations.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to company-wide infrastructure improvements, security governance, SaaS administration, and employee IT support while helping build scalable internal systems in a high-growth environment.
The position is designed for candidates interested in growing into a leadership or management role within internal IT and corporate technology operations.
Key Responsibilities
SaaS & Account Administration
Manage and optimize user accounts, permissions, and access control processes
Support onboarding and offboarding operations
Maintain secure and scalable SaaS administration environments
Administer tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, Notion, and Jira
Device Management & MDM Operations
Manage company devices using MDM solutions
Improve device security policies and operational workflows
Handle setup, provisioning, and lifecycle management for PCs and smartphones
Support Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS environments
Internal IT Support
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees across departments
Resolve complex internal IT issues while improving overall employee productivity
Partner with business teams to support operational requirements
Network Infrastructure Operations
Support office network design, implementation, and maintenance
Manage routers, switches, access points, and VPN-related operations
Assist with office expansion and infrastructure improvement projects
Additional Responsibilities
Vendor coordination and technical evaluation
Security and governance collaboration
Task management and operational improvement initiatives
Cross-functional coordination with security and business teams
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in internal IT, corporate IT, or information systems roles
Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
Experience administering either:
Microsoft 365 enterprise environments including Entra administration, or
Google Workspace enterprise administration
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with MDM tools such as Microsoft Intune
Experience designing or operating internal network infrastructure
Knowledge of information security, governance, ISMS, or SOC-related operations
Experience as an infrastructure engineer or application engineer
Exposure to AI technologies, AI agents, MCP, API integrations, or automation initiatives
IT certifications such as Applied Information Technology Engineer or Network Specialist
English proficiency (TOEIC 700+ preferred)
