What the job entails
As a Corporate Access (Events Planner), you will support the planning and delivery of corporate access activities and events. You will help ensure that each event is organised efficiently, professionally and in line with the expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating event logistics, managing schedules and communications, liaising with venues and service providers, and supporting attendees before, during and after events. You will maintain accurate records, monitor deadlines and respond promptly to changing requirements.
Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will contribute to smooth event execution and a consistently high standard of stakeholder experience. This is an on-site temporary opportunity based in Chiyoda City, Tokyo.
Key requirements
Experience in event planning, corporate access, meetings, hospitality, administration or a related coordination role.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to planning and record-keeping.
Confident communication skills and a professional manner when working with internal and external contacts.
Ability to coordinate effectively with venues, suppliers, colleagues and event participants.
A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to remain calm when priorities change.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; [Japanese-language capability would be advantageous for working effectively in the Tokyo environment].
Good working knowledge of standard office and scheduling tools.
Willingness to work on site in Chiyoda City, Tokyo, for the duration of the temporary assignment.
