Role Overview

This is a newly created leadership role responsible for building and leading internal IT, security, and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

The IT Director will take ownership of both strategic planning and hands-on execution, working closely with global stakeholders. Initially operating as an individual contributor (with outsourced support), this role requires a highly self-driven professional capable of leading end-to-end initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Information Security & IT Governance

  • Develop and execute company-wide information security strategies

  • Lead certification initiatives (e.g., ISMS/ISO standards)

  • Oversee compliance-related frameworks with support from external partners

2. Internal Digital Transformation & IT Systems

  • Drive digitalization and automation of internal business processes

  • Improve systems such as CRM, billing, and performance tracking

  • Strengthen IT infrastructure and collaboration across global offices

  • Lead transformation initiatives leveraging emerging technologies (e.g., AI)

3. IT Operations

  • Establish and manage internal IT support functions (e.g., helpdesk, asset management)

  • Oversee account management policies and IT governance rules

  • Develop and maintain operational workflows, manuals, and documentation

Requirements

Must-Have

  • 5+ years of experience in IT systems and/or information security

  • Proven experience leading IT implementations and driving change with stakeholders

  • Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese

  • Hands-on experience applying emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI) in business

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

Preferred

  • Experience in digital transformation consulting or in-house DX initiatives

  • Experience building internal IT or security frameworks

  • Experience working in global or multi-entity environments

  • Vendor management and negotiation experience

ポジション概要

本ポジションは新設のIT責任者ポジションであり、社内IT、情報セキュリティ、DX推進を横断的にリードいただきます。

戦略立案から実行まで一貫して担い、グローバルチームと連携しながら組織全体のIT基盤を構築・最適化していただきます。初期フェーズでは少人数体制のため、自ら手を動かしながら推進できる方を求めています。

主な業務内容

① 情報セキュリティ・ITガバナンス

  • 全社的な情報セキュリティ戦略の策定・実行

  • ISMSなどの認証取得プロジェクトの推進

  • 外部パートナーと連携したコンプライアンス対応

② 社内DX・ITシステム構築

  • 業務のデジタル化・自動化の推進

  • CRM・請求・KPI管理など業務システムの改善

  • グローバル拠点とのIT連携およびインフラ整備

  • AIなどの新技術を活用した業務改革の推進

③ ITオペレーション

  • ヘルプデスクやIT資産管理体制の構築

  • アカウント管理および社内ITルールの整備

  • 業務フローやマニュアルの作成・改善

応募要件

必須条件

  • ITシステムまたは情報セキュリティ分野での実務経験5年以上

  • ステークホルダーと連携しながらIT導入を推進した経験

  • 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル以上

  • 生成AIなど新技術の業務活用経験

  • 大卒以上
