【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Report to Finance and Administration Directors and work closely with the Head of IT in Asia
Liaise with key stakeholders across the IT and Commercial teams
Ensure proper management of incidents and problems
Monitor and manage IT performance metrics
Determine maintenance and growth needs for network and systems
Establish fit-for-purpose process
Act as Local Security Officer to ensure IT security operation
【REQUIREMENTS】
Experience in IT Operation management
Project management experience and leadership capabilities
Problem management experience
Fluent level Japanese, business level English
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields, preferred
Experience in the media and advertising industry, preferred
Software development skills, preferred
Experience with Cloud/SaaS, preferred

IT運用管理の経験
プロジェクト管理の経験とリーダーシップ能力
問題管理の経験
流暢レベルの日本語、ビジネスレベルの英語
コンピュータエンジニアリング、コンピュータサイエンス、または関連分野の学士号、優遇
メディアおよび広告業界での経験、優遇
ソフトウェア開発スキル、優遇
クラウド/ SaaSの経験、優遇
