What the Job Entails
As a Junior Product Manager, you will support the development and improvement of products throughout their lifecycle. You will help gather customer and market insights, translate business needs into clear product requirements, and coordinate with design, engineering, marketing, and other internal teams. Your responsibilities will include supporting product planning, maintaining roadmaps and backlogs, monitoring product performance, and helping prioritize enhancements based on customer value and business impact. You will also contribute to user research, documentation, testing, and the launch of new features. This role is well suited to someone who combines analytical thinking with strong communication skills and is eager to grow within a collaborative product organization.
Key Requirements
Experience or academic exposure to product management, project coordination, business analysis, technology, or a related field.
Strong interest in building products that solve customer and business needs.
Ability to organize information, identify priorities, and translate ideas into clear requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, design, marketing, and business teams.
A structured, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to use data, customer feedback, and market observations to support product decisions.
Willingness to learn product management tools, processes, and best practices.
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-moving environment.
