Role Overview
The company is opening a limited-time pop-up store in Kyoto scheduled for launch in mid-June 2026 and is hiring Part-Time Sales Advisors to join the opening team.
This role is ideal for candidates interested in fashion retail, customer experience, and working within a global brand environment. Team members will support daily store operations, customer service, merchandising, and sales activities throughout the pop-up period.
Contract Period
• Early June 2026 – September 13, 2026
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience
• Support cashier operations and fitting room assistance
• Handle sales floor operations and inventory management
• Assist with product displays and visual merchandising activities
• Support store opening and daily operational activities
• Collaborate closely with team members to maintain brand standards and store presentation

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous retail or apparel sales experience preferred
• Candidates without retail experience are also welcome if passionate about fashion and customer service
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred
• Ability to communicate with customers in Japanese required
• Valid work authorization in Japan required for non-Japanese nationals
Working Hours
• Shift-based schedule, including potential evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
• U30 Schedule: 20–29 working hours per week
• U20 Schedule: 4–19 working hours per week
• Flexible scheduling available depending on availability and store needs
