YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

As Store Manager, and part of the Retail Department, you will participate in retail management, and

you will be in charge of Ginza Store, reporting to Retail Manager. This will be the first opening of the Flagship Store of the Brand in Japan

 

YOUR IMPACT

Business Driving

● Monitoring day-to-day store operations; manage sales performance and client management

● Convert corporate objectives into operational objectives at store level

● assist in merchandise planning, and being the brand ambassador

● Improve sales results through creative and effective use of resources and retail/CRM tools,

prepare business analysis and action plans to achieve sales goals

● Drive sales performance to consistently achieve overall sales budget objectives while ensuring

operational integrity and monthly profitability

● Ensure top level of client experience is delivered and maintained

● Develop long-term relationships with customers proactively by using internal tools.

● Work closely across teams in China and Paris including merchandising, marketing to align group

guidelines in terms of category management, VM and selling ceremony

● Monitor the inventory and keep the stock level at optimum

 

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

- Foster a positive, professional work environment and maintain good team spirit

- Optimize manpower efficiency by rostering, assigning daily duties and zoning.

- Identify and develop process and to enhance team's selling technique and sales acumen.

- To work with store team to plan new product launching events

 

KEYS FOR SUCCESS

 

● Education:

○ Business School, University or “equivalent experience”

● Experience:

○ Minimum of 10 years solid experience in luxury retail with at least 4 years in managerial level

○ Experience in luxury/fashion business is a plus

● Competencies:

○ Degree holder with excellent command of English and PC skills

○ Strong leadership with ability to coach and motivate staff

○ Mature mentality, strategic thinking and track record in people development planning

○ People oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skill

○ Good analytical ability and numeric sense

○ Strong business awareness and entrepreneurship

○ Presentable, energetic and result oriented

 

● Languages: Fluent in Japanese and good English Skills is a plus
