【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Handle legal work surrounding domestic/offshore investment and asset management
Handle legal work related to onshore PE fund and relevant documents
Oversee general corporate legal affairs
Observe regulatory management
【REQUIREMENTS】
2-5 years of experience working for a major Japanese/foreign law firm
Experience with finance (asset management, preferred)

【応募資格・条件】
２～５年の日系または外資系大手法律事務所での勤務経験
金融関連の経験（アセットマネジメント関連の経験者、優遇）
