【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
- Create and deliver learning strategies and programs
- Evaluation of individual and organizational development needs
- Implement learning needs
- Create and design deliver courses, workshops and training
- Assist employees for their successful learning and make learning opportunities
- Manage and track budget and training records
【REQUIREMENTS】
- Minimum of 2 years experience as L&D Manager, Training Manager, or related position
- Experience with effective learning and development methods
- Experience with project management and budgeting
- Familiar with MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organization skills
- Have BSc or BA degree in Business, Psychology or related area

【応募資格・条件】
- 2年以上のL&Dマネージャー、トレーニングマネージャー、または関連する職種の経験
- 効果的な学習・開発手法の経験
- プロジェクト管理、予算編成の経験
- MSオフィスとラーニングマネジメントシステム（LMS）に精通していること
- 高いコミュニケーション能力、交渉力、組織力
- ビジネス、心理学、または関連分野で学位を取得していること
【歓迎するスキル・経験】
- 研修プログラマーの資格の所有
