What the job entails

The Leasing Director will lead leasing activity for logistics facilities managed by the business, covering both projects under development and completed assets. The role is centered on attracting new tenants, strengthening relationships with existing tenants, and helping shape leasing strategy to support asset performance.

This position will also propose leasing plans for development projects, coordinate closely with internal teams and external partners, and manage negotiations through to lease execution. As a senior, managerial role, it requires strong commercial judgment, a hands-on approach to tenant sourcing, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions. Success in the role will depend on building tenant pipelines, maintaining market awareness, and driving leasing outcomes for logistics assets.

  • Licensed Real Estate Transaction Specialist
