【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Handle a range of legal contracts
Provide day-to-day counsel to business functions
Create risk mitigation strategies related to clinical trials, scientific research, etc.
Provide due diligence support in order to support business development
Ensure internal compliance and regulations
【REQUIREMENTS】
Over 5 years of experience practicing law in global pharmaceutical/medical device industry
Experience of launching pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device products in Japan
Strong oral/written communication skills in both Japanese and English

日本で医薬品、バイオテクノロジー、または医療機器製品の営業経験
