Overview
  • We are seeking a Legal Manager to provide comprehensive legal support across a wide range of business areas within a global organization

  • This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional and international teams, offering exposure to diverse industries and legal matters

  • The position covers contract management, compliance, dispute resolution, and strategic legal initiatives

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day legal advice and review various types of contracts in both English and Japanese

  • Support compliance programs, litigation matters, dispute resolution, and corporate transactions such as M&A

  • Participate in and manage compliance-related committees and internal legal matters

  • Contribute to company-wide risk management initiatives and frameworks

  • Develop and deliver legal and compliance training programs for internal stakeholders

Candidate Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of professional legal experience

  • Strong background in corporate law and contract management

  • Experience handling compliance, litigation, dispute resolution, and M&A-related matters

  • Proven ability to provide legal advice in both Japanese and English contexts

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to proactively identify legal risks and propose solutions

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across functions
