Role Overview

The company is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support and execute advertising and owned media initiatives across Japan.

This role will focus on driving integrated marketing activities across both online and offline channels while ensuring alignment with global brand strategy. The position will work closely with headquarters in Paris, local internal stakeholders, and external agencies to maximize campaign effectiveness, strengthen audience engagement, and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.

The role will also collaborate closely with Communications teams across press, influencer marketing, VIP relations, and events to support integrated brand communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing initiatives aligned with global strategies across paid and owned media channels

• Coordinate seasonal campaign launches and content distribution initiatives

• Manage paid media activities including OOH, print advertising, online tie-ups, META, Yahoo, LINE, paid editorial, and influencer paid posts

• Manage owned media platforms including the corporate website, LINE, and X

• Develop and implement 360-degree marketing strategies for current and future projects

• Support mid- to long-term strategic marketing planning initiatives

• Collaborate closely with global headquarters to coordinate creative asset development and localization for the Japanese market

• Act as the main internal contact for owned media platform management and updates

• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth execution of digital initiatives

• Optimize user experience across digital platforms and communication channels

• Manage project timelines, objectives, budgets, and execution schedules

• Conduct KPI analysis, campaign reporting, and competitor research to continuously improve marketing performance

• Develop content concepts and create detailed creative briefs for agencies and creative partners

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors

• Collaborate closely with Communications teams across press relations, VIP/influencer activities, and events to support integrated campaigns

Required Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, advertising, or digital communications within luxury, fashion, beauty, or premium consumer industries

• Strong understanding of both online and offline media planning and campaign execution

• Experience managing owned media platforms and coordinating with agencies

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking and campaign performance analysis

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Business-level Japanese and English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in international or global matrix organizations

• Luxury fashion or premium brand industry experience

• Experience collaborating with HQ teams across creative, digital, or advertising functions

• Understanding of CRM, retail marketing, and integrated brand communication strategies

• Experience supporting influencer marketing or event-related campaigns
