Overview
The Marketing Manager will lead strategic marketing initiatives across the company’s AI and SaaS businesses, primarily supporting flagship AI Agent solutions while overseeing multi-product marketing strategies across the broader organization.
This role will work closely with executive leadership and senior marketing stakeholders to accelerate business growth, strengthen organizational capabilities, and maximize customer value through AI and SaaS products.
The position offers exposure to both strategic planning and operational execution across multiple high-growth technology products within the AI and SaaS ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute marketing strategies across:
AI business initiatives
SaaS business initiatives
Design and manage:
KPI/KGI frameworks
Gap analysis strategies
Execution roadmaps
Numerical simulations and forecasting
Lead cross-functional marketing planning across multiple AI and SaaS products
Marketing Execution
Drive initiatives across:
Content marketing
Web marketing
Offline marketing
Branding activities
Demand generation
Develop operational manuals and improve marketing processes
Plan and execute large-scale campaigns and growth initiatives
Alliance & Partner Marketing
Lead alliance marketing activities with agencies and external partners
Organize:
Joint seminars
Collaborative events
Product proposal initiatives
Strengthen partner-driven business expansion strategies
Team Management
Manage and mentor marketing team members and managers
Oversee outsourced vendors and operational workflows
Support organizational development and resource allocation
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with:
Engineering teams

Contribute to broader business strategy planning and organizational scaling
Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience for B2B products within the IT industry
Experience managing teams of 5 or more members
Strong experience in:
