Position Summary
This position is responsible for driving marketing initiatives and supporting business growth through strategic planning and execution. The role works closely with sales teams, global/regional marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute marketing strategies in collaboration with sales teams and global/regional stakeholders
Translate market insights, customer needs, and industry trends into actionable plans
Portfolio Management
Support business expansion by managing and optimizing the product portfolio
Identify growth opportunities across product lines
Marketing Execution
Drive marketing initiatives including trade shows, events, and campaigns
Develop marketing and sales collateral materials
Execute digital marketing activities such as website content, email campaigns, and social media
Support public relations and external communication efforts
Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to strengthen market presence
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Life Sciences, or a related field
Business-level English (written and spoken) with global work experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing (product, brand, or strategy)
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional and external stakeholders
Preferred
Strong project management and multitasking abilities
Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or related industries
MBA or other advanced degree
