【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Bridge the gap between the customers and the company
Sell products to customers and look for new selling opportunities
Understanding the clinical and technical requirements in order to deal with the customers
Handle customers on a daily basis, support them and find solutions when required
Troubleshoot issues related to user's technical skills,
【REQUIREMENTS】
At least JLPTN2 (internal communication and documents are Japanese), some English to communicate with overseas partners and understanding of documents from overseas
Ability to use scientific terms in Japanese and English
Understanding of Biomedical terminology
Interest in learning about the medical world and new technologies
