【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Handle Enterprise voice and contact centre application operations using business-critical applications
Design and implement Cisco Enterprise voice solution and CUCM
Risk/impact analysis and management
Manage technical teams and vendors
Examine enterprise voice and unified messaging application
Mentor other teams by providing suggestions and improving processes
【REQUIREMENTS】
Experience in large scale Enterprise voice production support server environment
Knowledge of Cisco Enterprise voice application, administration and solutions
Knowledge of Cisco Video solutions and administration
Knowledge of CUCM, Gateway and Enterprise telecom networking
Knowledge of SIP, H 323 and IP tracking protocol
Knowledge of E1 lines, ISDN and SS7 telecom protocols
