Overview

A rapidly growing global services organization is seeking a Recruiter to support both new graduate and mid-career hiring initiatives. The role will primarily focus on new graduate recruitment while also supporting experienced hire recruitment activities.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to shape recruitment strategies that directly contribute to organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end new graduate recruitment activities

  • Participate in career fairs, university events, and employer branding initiatives

  • Coordinate interviews and selection processes

  • Conduct candidate interviews and assessments

  • Manage candidate communications and offer closing activities

  • Plan and support internship programs and recruitment seminars

  • Handle mid-career recruitment activities from applicant screening through hiring coordination

  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external hiring partners

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring requirements and candidate profiles

  • Gather business needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies

  • Conduct market research and talent mapping to support hiring initiatives

  • Monitor recruitment performance and continuously improve hiring processes

  • Support organizational growth through strategic talent acquisition initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on recruitment experience

  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and business leaders

  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities

  • Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and recruitment market conditions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment planning or talent acquisition strategy

  • Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) experience

  • Experience supporting both graduate and experienced hiring programs

  • Experience in a fast-growing or high-volume recruitment environment
