Role Summary

Were looking for a Producer with a good grounding in video production, post-production, and digital production (static and animated ad) to join our rapidly growing team. Knowledge in either digital production or VFX is a bonus.

The Producer should have experience working across a range of production campaign types, with a focus on delivering localisation work for broadcast, cinema, social & digital platforms, whilst being keen to take on new challenges and adapt to shifting timings and lists of deliverables. Some knowledge of best practices for the production of online ads across display and social platforms is desired. They will join a team of Producers, Editors, Animators and Designers so having a keen interest in, and curiosity for all aspects of media & digital creation is a must.

 

Responsibilities

  • Managing video localisation and digital projects from brief to delivery

  • Creating ballparks, estimates and managing the financial life cycle of each project from job opening to reconciliation

  • Creating and managing timing plans and ensuring projects run on time and within budget

  • Leading productions and managing expectations of all agency stakeholders

  • Ensuring all digital assets meet platformspecific technical specifications, including sizes, ratios, file formats, and delivery requirements

  • Highly organised and proactive with an obsessive eye for detail

  • Working with the production team to help manage resourcing across projects

  • Be up to date with the latest media trends in tech and advertising innovations

  • A strong desire to get stuck in, meet new people and have fun

 

Requirements

  • Language Fluency: Japanese and English

  • Thrive under pressure and welcome challenges

  • Strong ability for forward planning and thinking ahead

  • Minimum of 3 years video and/or digital production experience within an agency or production studio; VFX or digital ad production would be a bonus

  • Knowledge of video production best practices across broadcast, cinema, social & digital platforms

  • An interest in technology and desire to learn new techniques and take on new challenges

  • Experience creating estimates, raising POs and keeping on top of budgets throughout a project

  • Confident working with external and internal stakeholders: from Media to Account Management and Creative teams

  • Experience working on detail oriented

    localisation projects

  • Highly organised and proactive with a keen eye for detail and pixel perfect deliverables

  • A visual sensibility and a creative problem-solver

 

Nice to Have

  • Working familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, and Premiere

  • Exposure to design and front end

    tools such as Figma and Sketch; HTML5, CSS, and basic JavaScript for wrapper setup, basic edits, and QA

  • Experience supporting master asset audits or file management workflows
