What the job entails
As a Product Designer/Web Designer, you will help shape engaging, intuitive digital experiences across the company’s products and web presence. Working closely with product, engineering, marketing and other stakeholders, you will turn complex legal technology concepts into clear, accessible and compelling user experiences.
You will contribute to the full design process, from understanding user needs and exploring concepts through to creating polished designs, prototypes and production-ready assets. Your responsibilities will include developing user journeys, wireframes and high-fidelity interfaces; maintaining consistency across digital touchpoints; and supporting the evolution of the company’s visual and design systems.
You will also help improve existing experiences through user feedback, research and iterative design. The role offers considerable scope to influence how customers experience the brand and products as the organisation continues to expand internationally.
Key requirements
Professional experience in product design, web design, digital design or a closely related discipline.
A strong portfolio demonstrating web and product design work, including user interfaces, responsive experiences and polished visual execution.
Proficiency with contemporary design and prototyping tools such as Figma or equivalent platforms.
Experience translating user and business requirements into clear information architecture, user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity designs.
A sound understanding of user-centred design principles, usability, accessibility and responsive design.
The ability to simplify complex information and create intuitive experiences for professional users.
Experience collaborating effectively with product managers, engineers, marketers and other cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain design decisions and incorporate constructive feedback.
A structured, detail-oriented and iterative approach to problem-solving.
An interest in artificial intelligence, legal technology and the development of products that improve professional workflows.
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, international technology environment.
