The organization develops AI products used by enterprise clients and is building a next-generation AI platform designed to integrate enterprise SaaS systems and automate business operations securely and efficiently.
Role Overview
The company is seeking a Product Manager, AI SaaS to lead product strategy and product architecture across AI-driven enterprise platforms.
This position goes beyond traditional feature ownership and operates at the intersection of product management, technical architecture, business strategy, and AI system design. The role will focus on AI SaaS products involving LLMs, RAG systems, workflow automation, tool-use frameworks, guardrails, and multi-agent environments.
You will define what should be built, why it matters, and how products should evolve to maximize business and technical impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Translate business goals and customer challenges into scalable product requirements and technical architecture
• Define feature boundaries, domain models, data contracts, and API specifications
• Lead RFC-driven product and architecture discussions across cross-functional teams
• Design AI product experiences leveraging LLMs, RAG, tool-use systems, guardrails, and multi-agent workflows
• Make strategic Build vs Buy vs Integrate decisions for core platform capabilities
• Drive trade-off decisions across scalability, latency, security, cost efficiency, reliability, and maintainability
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, leadership, and customer-facing teams
• Build and maintain product roadmaps while incorporating technical debt management and platform scalability planning
• Contribute to long-term AI product portfolio direction and strategic planning
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Tech Lead, or similar role
• Practical software engineering knowledge with the ability to understand end-to-end system architecture
• Experience building or managing products utilizing LLMs or generative AI technologies
• Understanding of AI product patterns including RAG, tool-use systems, and guardrails
• Strong system design knowledge across distributed systems, microservices, or event-driven architectures
• Experience gathering requirements and aligning stakeholders across technical and business teams
• Ability to collaborate effectively across product, engineering, design, and leadership functions
• Fluent Japanese communication skills for product discussions
• Business-level English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience launching 0-to-1 SaaS or B2B products
• Startup or high-growth environment experience
• Experience designing cloud architectures on AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience leading RFC-driven architecture and design review processes
• Technical communication skills in English
• Experience with enterprise SaaS integrations, workflow orchestration systems, or multi-tenant platforms

• Engineering organization of approximately 120 members
• Collaborative environment across Product, Engineering, AI, Data, and Infrastructure teams

Compensation & Benefits
• Annual salary: 12,000,000 – 20,000,000 JPY
• Monthly salary includes fixed overtime allowance for 45 hours
