Position: Product Manager – POS Integration (F&B / Retail)

Role Overview
A fast-growing fintech company is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and expansion of POS (Point-of-Sale) solutions for the food service and retail industries. This role focuses on ensuring seamless integration between POS systems and payment platforms, while driving product growth and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Define product requirements and specifications for POS systems across retail and F&B sectors
Collaborate with external partners such as POS vendors and system integrators on joint development initiatives
Develop product strategies based on market trends, competitor analysis, and user needs
Improve product functionality and usability (UI/UX) based on real-world operational insights
Drive post-launch performance by managing key metrics such as adoption rate, transaction volume, and customer retention
Work cross-functionally with engineering, business, and design teams
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, ideally in SaaS or POS-related products
Strong experience in requirement definition, market research, and data analysis
Business-level Japanese and ability to communicate in English or another major language
Proven ability to collaborate across technical, business, and design teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience integrating POS systems in food service or retail environments
Background in UI/UX design or user research
Experience working with external partners, alliances, or vendors
