【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Main responsibility of the role will be to support the Regulatory Affairs Director covering Japan, Europe, Middle-East and Africa. You will be in charge of all RA-related tasks for Japan to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies such as PMDA, etc.
Presentation and packaging/label regulation compliance.
Closely works with commercial teams as well as global team members across the world.
Translate packaging and ingredient contents from US and Europe laboratories to provide products that comply with Japan standards.
Track changes with product ingredients on a day-to-day basis.
Regulatory ownership – in depth understanding of Japanese Regulations for legal documentation purposes and assessments of product concepts.

【REQUIREMENTS】
Fluency in English and Japanese communication skills is a MUST
Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or science-related courses
Knowledgeable in regulatory affairs preferably in food, chemical, pharmaceutical, or similar, and Japanese laws concerning the role
Passion to advise on situations that may impact the business and products
