Position Overview
A rapidly growing AI startup originating from a leading Japanese university is seeking sales professionals for its AI SaaS Business Unit in Tokyo. The company develops AI-driven SaaS products focused on digital transformation for industries such as construction, manufacturing, and logistics.
Founded in 2021, the company has expanded to more than 400 employees and continues to scale rapidly through a combination of AI technology, industry-specific expertise, and in-house product development.
This position offers opportunities across multiple commercial functions including sales, customer success, new business development, and product business management.
Main Responsibilities
• Drive sales activities for AI SaaS products targeting enterprise and industry clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative communication
• Support business growth through lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and closing activities
• Collaborate with internal teams including product, development, and customer success
• Contribute to sales strategy planning, execution, and performance improvement initiatives
• Support onboarding, customer retention, and upselling activities where applicable
• Participate in new business development initiatives and market expansion projects
