Role Overview

  • Support marketing activities across product launches, market analysis, CRM, promotions, and digital campaigns

  • Work closely with international teams, distributors, and internal departments to drive brand growth and customer engagement

  • Contribute to both strategic planning and hands-on campaign execution across multiple channels

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research

  • Perform competitor analysis and sales analysis

  • Prepare business and marketing performance reports

  • Manage CRM activities including customer data analysis and marketing initiatives

  • Communicate and coordinate with international offices and global stakeholders

  • Identify and develop new product ideas and opportunities

  • Support licensing negotiations and contract preparation

  • Create promotional and marketing materials

  • Coordinate website updates, digital campaigns, and social media activities

  • Manage Direct Launch projects and related operations

  • Support launch campaigns including TV commercials, PR activities, media buying, and online/offline promotions

  • Assist sales teams with new channel development and distributor coordination

  • Collaborate with editorial, production, and distribution teams across company activities

  • Proactively suggest improvements related to products, marketing activities, and operational processes

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing or related business functions

  • Experience in digital marketing or promotional activities preferred

  • Experience working in an international environment is a plus

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Excellent multitasking and communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and digital tools

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a multicultural environment

  • Positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset with willingness to learn and grow

Language Requirements

  • Native-level Japanese

  • Fluent English

  • French language skills are a plus
