About the company

Client is a subscription-based cloud security provider supporting organisations that rely on SaaS and other modern technologies to work securely and efficiently. Our service helps customers reduce security risks, simplify cloud operations, and make better use of digital tools across their business.

Our vision is to help businesses adopt cloud services safely and with confidence, while continuing to expand the value we deliver to customers over time. We are guided by a strong set of behavioural principles and place importance on collaboration, accountability, and a practical, customer-first mindset. As our customer base continues to grow, we are investing further in the teams and capabilities needed to deepen relationships, improve product adoption, and support long-term customer success.

What the job entails

This role sits within the customer marketing function and focuses on building stronger relationships with existing customers through low-touch and tech-touch engagement. Working from customer data and product usage insights, you will plan and execute initiatives across the customer journey that help drive adoption, retention, and growth.

Your day-to-day work will include organising seminars, webinars, online and offline events, and supporting the user community. You will also create customer-facing content such as emails, presentation materials, and speaker scripts. In close collaboration with the Customer Success and CSM teams, you will help shape and share initiatives that support the customer experience. A key part of the role is measuring results both quantitatively and qualitatively, then using those insights to improve campaigns, streamline event registration, and generate upsell and cross-sell opportunities that contribute to NRR.
