What the job entails

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales activity across corporate clients, travel agencies, and key accounts. This role focuses on new business development, account management, and strengthening long-term client relationships to support room revenue and overall hotel sales targets.

Working closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing and internal stakeholders, the Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, conduct client meetings and hotel site inspections, prepare proposals and contracts, and represent the hotel at events and networking opportunities. The role also requires monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify opportunities, while maintaining accurate forecasts and reporting in line with global hospitality brand standards.

Key requirements / What we look for
  • Experience in hotel sales, hospitality sales, or B2B sales

  • Strong knowledge of corporate, leisure, and travel trade sales channels

  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Business-level Japanese; English proficiency strongly preferred
